Try this twenty minute at-home workout

Got a spare twenty minutes? We’ve come up with a workout that you can do from home, with minimal equipment required!

We encourage everyone to move their body every day. You don’t need a gym however, a workout buddy is highly recommended. 

Warm up (3 mins)

  • 1 x jog around the unit block
  • High knees up and down driveway
  • Heel kicks up and down driveway
  • 5 squats, 5 push ups, 5 lunges each side
  • Dynamic stretches

Workout (15 mins)

  • 10 repetitions of each exercise = one round
  • Rest for 30sec in between each round
  • In between each exercise, rest for 10 sec
  • See how many rounds you can do of these exercises in 15mins
  1. Squat jumps
  2. Push ups (on toes or incline on a low fence)
  3. Low fence hops
  4. Kick sits 10 each side
  5. Bin jump (optional)
  6. Dynamic lunges 10 each side
  7. Speed skater
  8. Burpees (straight arm version)

Cool down (2 mins)
