An overview of our Certificate 3 in Fitness

A Certificate III in Fitness (SIS30315) qualifies you to work as a Gym Floor Instructor or Group Exercise Instructor after graduation. Helping new members learn how to use equipment and taking small groups through basic programming - each day offers you new opportunities to test your skills.

Throughout this qualification, you'll learn the ins-and-outs of exercise instruction and programming, while studying anatomy, physiology, and healthy eating guidelines. Our graduates love that they get paid to workout, motivate and be a part of their clients' healthy new lifestyle.

1 Course delivery is via guided online study and assessment (5 weeks) and practical sessions (8 weeks).

2 Practical sessions of the course run during weeks 1,5,7,9,11,13 and are held on Saturday's (9am - 4pm).

3 All practical requirements are covered within the study schedule. There is no need to do an internship or any additional practical assessments.
