Getting the best out of your body requires using the right fuel. Regardless of whether you’re training for a marathon, preparing for a gruelling bootcamp or meeting your mates for a game of beach volleyball, ensuring that your body can not only complete but recover from an exercise session is vital. So how do you keep your body performing at its peak?

Well we had a chat with FIAFitnation Nutrition lecturer Sophie Scott, and she gave us some tips about the best ways to keep your body competition ready – just like the professionals.
