We’re constantly motivated by inspiring fitness individuals and this month we took it upon ourselves to be someone’s inspiration. We’ve created a series of challenges for both you and us to smash before the year is out, so we can be healthier versions of ourselves.
Step out of your comfort zone and tick these challenges off your bucket list.
Conduct fitness assessment and implement specific training programs. Plan and deliver exercise and sports conditioning programs in a clinical setting working with allied health professionals with clients who have special needs.
